SUBSTANCE: invention relates to new tricyclic bispidine derivatives with a 1,3-benzodioxole fragment of general formula (1), where X represents C=O or CH2, to a method of obtaining the claimed compounds and their use for the treatment of neurodegenerative and psychoneurological diseases mediated by the activity of AMPA subtype glutamate ionotropic receptor.

EFFECT: obtaining of new bispidine derivatives with a 1,3-benzodioxole fragment which have the properties of modulators of the AMPA subtype glutamate ionotropic receptor.
