FIELD: food industry.

SUBSTANCE: proposed thermostable composition is produced by way of combined drying of a filler chosen from the group consisting of cereal flour, starch, gypsum, maltodextrin and of maize ears cores and a liquid mixture of enzymes produced of Penicillium funiculosum IM1 378536 microorganisms to produce an intermediate base. Then one performs granulation by way of the intermediate base impregnation with a coating substance. The impregnated intermediate base is coated with the coating substance and dried. Additionally, one proposes an animal fodder containing the thermostable composition.

EFFECT: this inventions group allows to produce a composition in the form of a powder containing thermostable enzymes mixture suitable for application in animals feeding.
