FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to metallurgy. Proposed method comprises assembling the metal mould, heating mould walls to preset temperature with the help of heat tube and pouring metal therein. With heat tube cooling zone reaching temperature t0-(0.3-0.5)·tmet, where tmet is temperature of metal poured into metal mould, water-air mix with density of 50-100 kg/m3 is fed into heat tube case at the rate of 3-7 m/s to cause heat vibration at the rate of 30-180 oscillations a minute. This makes crystallisation nuclei originating at tube wall detach and get into metal. After metal supercooling, heat tube is withdrawn to disassemble the metal die.
EFFECT: accelerated metal crystallisation.
