FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to medical equipment. System of phacoemulcification contains phacoemulcification device, irrigation and aspiration devices, as well as control device. Device of phacoemulcification contains tip with phaco-needle for emulsification of crystalline lens, regulator for reception of factual value of voltage, proportional to voltage, induced on tip piezoelectric elements. Regulator compares factual voltage value with set one and thus determined regulating impact. Simultaneously with reception of factual voltage value tip is controlled and can perform constant fluctuations with frequency of own fluctuations with deviation of phaco-needle, corresponding to regulating impact. Methods of phacoemulcification device exploitation include repeated complete interruption of energy supply, in such a way that phase of fluctuations is respectively followed by phase of rest; regulation of energy for successive provision of first and second phases of fluctuations, in which phaco-needle is brought into action with such amplitude with which crystalline lens, respectively, can ne emulsified and cannot be emulsified; excitation of piezoelectric elements in such a way that amplitude of phaco-needle exceeds amplitude of fluctuations in white noise mode.
EFFECT: application of group of inventions will make it possible to reduce share of reactive power and increase coefficient of useful impact in the process of phacoemulcification.
