FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine. Ultrasonic phacoemulsificator tool includes a housing with a waveguide placed in it consisting of a concentrator of ultrasonic vibrations with a needle at the working end, pair number of the piezoelectric elements and the bearing sleeve, in the center of which there is a conduit for aspirating fluid from the eye, and between the housing and the concentrator there is a cavity made with the possibility of its filling with the irrigation solution. According to invention the concentrator is equipped with two additional amplification cascades asymmetric relative to central axis of the waveguide, in each of which the asymmetry is introduced by removal of one sector, wherein the removable sectors are arranged at an angle of 90° to each other.
EFFECT: use of this invention will reduce the severity of the phenomenon of "repulsion", increase the residence time of the fragments of the lens in the field of effective influence of ultrasound, increase the cutting ability of the ultrasonic instrument.
