FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: preliminary preparation of the surface is performed using 23A grade white electrocorundum with grain size of 80…100 mcm at compressed air pressure of 0.55…0.60 MPa and machining distance of 90…100 mm till surface roughness is Rz=120…140 mcm. Then, a coating is applied by supersonic electric arc sputtering at simultaneous spraying of wires with different chemical analysis of grades "Нп"-30X13 and 65"ГА" at air flow rate from a spraying head of a metal spraying gun of 530…540 m/s, compressed air pressure of 0.80…0.85 MPa and operating arc current of 330 A. After that, machining is performed.
EFFECT: improving adhesion strength of the applied coating and its wear resistance, reducing porosity of the coating, increasing the use efficiency of the sputtered material and the method's productivity.
