FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: gasostatic bearing includes a housing with a radial channel, a shaft and a movable sleeve located in the cavity between the housing and the shaft. Annular projections are made on outer cylindrical surface of the sleeve on both sides of the annular channel. At that, in the sleeve, at location point of external end faces of the annular projections there made are rows of through radial holes. Between the housing and the outer cylindrical surface of the sleeve there formed is a stepped throttling gap. Radial channel is used as an outlet channel. In the middle plane of the bearing, on outer side of the sleeve there made is an annular channel interconnected with the radial channel. Between the housing and the shaft there formed are axial throttling gaps. Between end surfaces of the sleeve and the housing there formed are radial slot throttling gaps, at the point of imagined intersection of which with the stepless throttling gap there formed are annular cavities. Annular cavities are interconnected with a lubricant injection source.
EFFECT: creation of a gas static bearing design appropriate to the material, which provides improvement of load characteristics.
