FIELD: engines and pumps.

SUBSTANCE: proposed method consists in measuring the pressure of oil samp gases in engine free acceleration. In pressure measurement, engine crankcase is separated from atmosphere. To estimate ICE operating conditions cylinder-and-piston set measured pressure is compared to standard magnitudes.

EFFECT: higher validity of estimation.
