Besides, there is cutting plate clamp and vibrator arranged in said cutting zone to act by forced oscillations to lubricant-coolant fluid Said plate represents a detachable element while lubricant-coolant fluid chamber is made in cutting plate clamp Said clamp is composed of composite wedge insert Note here that aforesaid chamber has baffle to act to make vibrator act on fluid.
