FIELD: measurement equipment.

SUBSTANCE: method consists in emission of a requesting radio signal by a reader, conversion of a sensitive elements with an interdigital transducer on surface acoustic waves into a surface acoustic antenna, changing phase, frequency and amplitude structure of this surface acoustic wave with topology of the sensitive element on surface acoustic waves, reverse transformation of the surface acoustic wave into a re-emitted radio signal, reception of the re-emitted radio signal with the reader. At the same time the ratio of amplitudes of envelopes of the first and second reflections in the topology of the sensitive element on surface acoustic waves is calculated on the basis of measurements of the re-emitted radio signal received by the reader. The deformation estimate is produced by the calibrating characteristic of the ratio of amplitudes of envelopes of the first and second reflections in the topology of the sensitive element on surface acoustic waves on the basis of measurements of the re-emitted radio signal received by the reader depending on the value of sensitive element deformation on surface acoustic waves.

EFFECT: higher accuracy of deformation measurement, due to usage of information on the second reflection in topology of a sensitive element on surface acoustic waves.
