FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the technology of sauces production. The method envisages preparation of recipe components, sunflower flour pouring with drinking water and maintenance for swelling. One performs mixing the flour with tomato puree, banana puree, sugar and salt, the mixture cooking and addition of acetic acid, ginger, cardamom and nutmeg to produce the target product.
EFFECT: method ensures reduction of adhesion to container walls.
