FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to food industry, in particular, to alcohol-free products manufacture and relates to a composition of ingredients for a vitaminised syrup prepared from vegetal raw materials and biologically active additives and used in a beverage with biostimulating and vitaminising effect. For production of 100 kg of the ready syrup one takes the following initial components: 6.5-7.0 kg of rosehips, 3.0-7.0 kg of green tea, 0.5-2.0 kg of amber acid, 61-63 kg of sugar sand, 3-6 l of magnolia-vine infusion and water - balance.
EFFECT: syrup represents a viscous yellow or light-brown coloured liquid with a specific spicy flavour and taste which may be consumed in an undiluted or diluted form (as a beverage concentrate).
