FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to food industry and may be used during manufacture of semi-products and fried ready-to-serve foods of fish and meat raw materials. A layer of mealing medium, represented by dry brewer grains milled into particles sized 0.75-1.5 mm, is applied onto the semi-product surface.
EFFECT: invention allows to manufacture a high quality fried product with improved organoleptic properties and high nutritive value.
