FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: proposed invention relaxes to construction, particularly, to making of articles from organic concrete. Proposed method comprises mixing the polymer binder with hard filling powder, degassing of produced mix by vacuum treatment, filling prepared formwork with said mix to be thickened therein. Degassing of produced mix is performed in pre-evacuated container. Said mix is kept at preset residual pressure for time interval required for mix degassing. Then, formwork is evacuated to residual pressure equal to that in said container. Now, pressure on container for degassing is increased to communicate its inside with formwork inside via holes in their bottoms for formwork to be filled with aforesaid mix.
EFFECT: higher strength of articles.
