FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: endothelial cell culture recovered from a human umbilical vein is incubated with tumour necrosis factor TNF-α in the concentration of 10 ng/ml that is accompanied by the hypoxic exposure: 5% CO2, 95% N2, 1-2% O2 for 24 hours. Such implementation of the method ensures developing the endothelial dysfunction characterised by min. 19% of apoptotic edotheliocytes, 41×104/mcl and more of endothelial microparticle units, the concentration of vascular endothelial growth factor 190.864 pg/ml and more in a nutrient medium collected after endothelial dysfunction simulation.
EFFECT: invention may be used to develop the methods for endothelial dysfunction correction and to assess the effect of therapeutic preparations on the endothelial function.
