The method of selection of cows for machine milking comprises the calculation of the udder index and selection of cows. Record of the total milk yield and milk yield of the foreudder is carried out by the automatic robotic-milker during milking. The udder index is calculated. The selection of cows with the udder index in the range of 45-50% is carried out.
EFFECT: increased efficiency and accuracy of evaluation of the udder index.
