SUBSTANCE: invention discloses, in particular, a base station (200A) of radio communication containing: a module (206) of storage of information related to radio communication, made as capable to store information related to radio communication on a connection between a mobile station (100) and a base station (200A) of radio communication; a module (208) to generate/transfer a handover request made as capable of transfer of a signal of handover request, containing information related to radio communication and stored by the module (206) for storage of information related to radio communication, into a base station (200B) of radio communication of an end connection; and a module (202) to generate/transfer a handover command signal, made as capable of transfer of a handover command signal into a mobile station to send information on a difference between information related to radio communication stored by the module (206) for storage of information related to radio communication and information related to radio communication set by the base station (200B) of end connection radio communication, on the basis of a signal of handover request acknowledgement.

EFFECT: increased efficiency of radio signal transfer and reduced consumption of radio resources in process of handover.
