FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention is intended for usage in agriculture. The method includes vegetal raw material milling and introduction of a preserving agent in the form of lactic acid bacteria stock couture. The preserving agent used is a solution of natural bischofite taken at a ratio of 2:1 relative to lactic acid bacteria. The vegetal raw material (after introduction of the preserving agent therein) is sealed off and maintained till pH is 3.8-4.0, dried till moisture content is no more than 14% and packed.
EFFECT: method ensures high preservation of nutritive substances and carotene during the fodder additive preservation.
