METHOD TO CONTROL FUEL SUPPLY AND DEVICE TO CONTROL FUEL SUPPLY Russian patent published in 2013 - IPC F02M61/20 F02M47/02 F02M63/04

Abstract RU 2492349 C2

FIELD: machine building.

SUBSTANCE: device to control fuel supply, realising the method of fuel supply control, comprises a nozzle with a spring-loaded locking element, a sprayer with one level of holes, a fuel channel for supply of high-pressure fuel, a fuel pump of high pressure, a fuel reservoir, a fuel priming pump, connected to each other hydraulically, at the same time the device is equipped with at least one hydraulic accumulator of high pressure, the outlet of which is connected to a nozzle, the nozzle needle is connected mechanically with a quick-acting reversible mechanical drive for its linear displacement, which is equipped with at least one plate for one cylinder with a convex surface at one end of the plate of permanent radius of the certain length of the convex part, a shaft connected kinematically with a crankshaft with at least one programmable profiled cam with at least one microprofile on it with permanent specified height, specified length along the circumference of the cam and along the axis of the cam shaft for injection or at least one microprofile of alternating height changing according to the specified law along with the length of the microprofile for injection, programmable profiled cams with microprofiles of the specified length with permanent or alternating height on the cam shaft for injection control are made with the possibility of serial interaction first with the straight part of the plate as it moves from one extreme position into the other one, and then with the convex surface of the plate of permanent radius at injections of specified duration, the convex surface of at least one plate is made either with permanent length along cam circumference with absence of injection duration control with straight entering and trailing edges of microprofiles parallel to the axis of the shaft, or as alternating with a slant of the convex end part length that is continuous along the plate width with straight entering edges of microprofiles and slant trailing edges of microprofiles parallel to the slant of the convex end part or stepped length of the convex end part along the plate width with straight entering and trailing edges of microprofiles parallel to the axis of the shaft, for control of injection duration each plate is made as capable of displacement along the axis of the stem and the needle and is connected at the same time directly or via a movement multiplier with a spring-loaded stem and through it with a nozzle needle, each plate is made as capable of movement in the plane, which is perpendicular or arranged at the angle to the axis of the needle and the stem with control of injection duration and is connected for this purpose by means of a splint joint with the stem, relative to which the plate moves.

EFFECT: device for realisation of the method improves dynamics of fuel supply, increases indicator efficiency factor, realises multi-injection and duration-controlled injections by means of simple mechanical devices.
