FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to sports medicine and rehabilitation, namely to diagnostics and testing, and can be applied in determination of training load value. Point evaluation of selected quantitative and qualitative indices of organism state before and after carrying out rehabilitating measures and calculation of integral efficiency index (IEI) is carried out. During primary and repeated testing by 5-point scale evaluated are: clinical manifestations (parameter A), performance of motor actions (parameter B), incorrect posture (parameter C), strength endurance of muscles, supporting spine (parameter D), level of balance regulation. After that, integral efficiency index (IEI) is determined: IEI=A+B+C+D+E. Programme is determined as efficient, if during repeated testing sum of points constitutes from 20 to 25.
EFFECT: method makes it possible to increase efficiency of estimating rehabilitative measures and organism's state.
