FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to cleaning of dielectric fluids. Proposed electrical cleaner comprises case with two covers provided with inlet and discharge pipes, precipitation electrodes shaped to said casing in plan, flat baffles of dielectric material arranged between said electrodes. Note here that precipitation electrodes are connected to high-voltage source with alternation of potential sign. precipitation electrodes represent a one-piece metallic cellular structure in plan with metallic ring that follows the cleaner casing in cross-section. Cell wall thickness makes fractions of millimetre Cell walls feature width and height of 10 mm and larger to increase precipitation are of cellular electrode as compared with flat electrode Small cell wall thickness allows formation of negative ions on wall ends Note here that high voltage fed to electrodes my not exceed 6 kV to rule out the formation of argon.
EFFECT: higher efficiency
