SUBSTANCE: energy-dispersive polarisation X-ray spectrometer contains a gamma- or X-ray source, a concave target, a diaphragm with a hole, a sample holder, a detector with a collimator directed towards the sample, and recording equipment, the input of which is connected to the output of the detector, wherein a radiation source with a linear focus is used; the target is caved-in on a cylinder; the focus of the source lies on the edge of the cylinder; the detector and the hole in the diaphragm lie, first, on the edge of the cylinder, diametrically opposite the source, and, secondly, at diametrically opposite points of a sphere. The sphere is shifted towards the detector from the target, and the sample holder is configured to place the sample on said sphere under secondary radiation, passing through the hole in the diaphragm; there is also a primary beam collimator with plane-parallel channels perpendicular to the axis of the cylinder.

EFFECT: enabling polarisation of high-power radiation of a source with linear focus and analysis of the representative mass of the sample using a detector with limited dimensions, simple the collimator of the detector, smaller size thereof, faster reading of useful radiation, low detection threshold and faster measurement.
