SUBSTANCE: invention relates to field of medicine, namely to surgery. In order to predict survival rate of patients with non-organ retroperitoneal tumours after radiacal surgery, multiple linear regressive analysis is carried out. If 3-rd degree of malignancy FNCLCC, round cell version of histological structure of tumour with giant cells; multiplicity of recurrence higher than two and volume of blood loss during operation higher than 60% are present, lethal outcome in early post-operative period is predicted.

EFFECT: method makes it possible to predict remote survival rate of patients with non-organ retroperitoneal tumours after radical surgery in early post-operative period.
