SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to hepatobiliary surgery and oncology, and is intended to predict the survival of patients with intrahepatic cholangiocellular carcinoma (ICC) in the long-term period after surgical treatment. To do this, the following factors are determined in the postoperative period (F): the age of the patient; the presence of invasion of the liver capsule; the presence of metastases in regional lymph nodes; the radical nature of the operation; the presence of perineural invasion; the presence of mutations in the IDH1, KRAS and MET genes; followed by a scoring of the obtained indicators, the sum of which makes a conclusion about a favorable prognosis with a survival of 36 months or more or an unfavorable prognosis with a survival of less than 36 months.

EFFECT: invention provides highly informative prognosis in relation to the overall survival of this category of patients, which, in turn, will allow optimizing therapy.
