At that cover is made of material that contains a component soluble in the selected fluid and component insoluble in the selected fluid. Method for control of downhole tool includes positioning of the downhole tool in a well bore and impact on swelling device by the selected fluid in order to increase permeability of the cover and to ensure swelling of the swelling core.
EFFECT: effective control of speed for elastomer swelling.
