FIELD: electricity.

SUBSTANCE: claimed device for sorting of metal products consists a heater acting on two heated electrodes made of the same material, reference sample that contacts electrically the heated electrode and tested device that contacts the other heated electrode. The heated electrodes are connected to differential amplifier with analog-to-digital converter, microcontroller and indicator connected in-series. Heater control module is connected to the heater and microcontroller with temperature sensor connected to the latter.

EFFECT: elimination of effect of the reference sample temperature on difference value of electrodes thermal electromotive force.
