FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to medicine, namely to cardiosurgery. Biological artificial valve includes: frame, which contains three supports, which form first triangle, and three supports, which form second triangle; frame has first diameter. Sewn biological valve has second diameter, when valve is not fastened to frame, with second diameter being smaller than first, where sewn biological valve is fastened to supports under tension in such a way that second diameter is extended to first diameter. Method of biological valve production includes provision of biological valve. Frame with three supports is provided. Biological valve is fastened to frame onto first triangle. Tension of biological valve is regulated. Biological valve is fastened to frame of second triangle.
EFFECT: group of inventions makes it possible to simplify valve implantation as well as apply it in aortal position.
