SUBSTANCE: invention relates to membrane gas separation. Methods for extraction of fast gas from initial gas including fast and slow gases by means of gas separation membrane. Control device can adjust the position of valve communicated with partial circulation circuit of permeate gas diverted downstream of membrane and directed to merging with initial gas. Control device can adjust the position of valve that controls residual gas counter pressure downstream of the membrane. Besides, invention covers the systems incorporating described devices.
EFFECT: higher gas purity.
