FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: this invention relates to production of composite structure from thermoplastic reinforced by fibre. Proposed method comprises placing first layer of thermoplastic reinforced by fibre on second such layer. Then a part of at least top layer of aforesaid material is subjected to local heating. Thereafter, ultrasound wave power is locally introduced in said heated part for bonding of thermoplastic reinforced by fibre. Note here that aforesaid part of said material is heated to temperature varying from vitrification temperature to that higher by 5°C than that corresponding to maximum magnitude of delta tangent of thermoplastic.
EFFECT: higher rate and efficiency of making and bonding of composite structure.
