SUBSTANCE: invention relates to layering of composite thermoplast in forming tooling. Proposed method comprises making forming tooling that has forming surface. Tooling forming portion is made if microporous material. Negative pressure is applied to porous material to create negative pressure at forming surface. Initial layer of thermoplast is laid on forming surface. Composite thermoplast adheres to forming surface by negative pressure at the latter. Thermoplast composite is combined into one.
EFFECT: higher quality of finished product.
