FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: method involves analysing the samples in the native condition and at the different stages of de-organification by histomorphometric technique. That is preceded by determining the consistently changing organic phase amount in the calibration samples in the native condition and at the different stages of de-organification by histomorphometric technique; that is followed by determining a burning energy of the organic phase in the above samples by differential scanning calorimetry that is used to calculate a specific burning energy; thereafter a relative variation of the organic phase content in the calibration samples by formula dM=(MH-Q/(msamp×q))/MN, wherein dM is the variation of the organic phase content in the sample as compared to the native sample, MN is the organic phase content in the native sample, relative units, Q is the burning energy of the organic phase in the sample, J, msamp is a sample weight, g, q is the specific burning energy of the organic phase in the sample, J/g; the organic phase amount in the calibration samples and the de-organification variation as compared to the native sample are correlated; the burning energy of the organic phase is determined by differential scanning calorimetry, and the variation of the organic phase content as compared to the native sample is calculated according to the presented formula. An interpolation method is used to measure the organic phase weight in the analysed sample by the derived value dM.
EFFECT: higher determination effectiveness and reliability.
