SUBSTANCE: invention relates to novel fluorinated 1,4-naphthoquinone derivatives which contain alkylating groups of general formula (I), where R1, R2=SCH2CH2Cl, or R1, R2=OCH2CH2Cl, or R1=OCH2CH2Cl, R2=F, or R1=SCH2CH2Cl, R2=OCH3, which have cytotoxic effect on human cancer cells in a culture.
EFFECT: high activity of the compound.
