SUBSTANCE: invention relates to use of compounds which are derivatives of phenylcoumarines of general formula I, in which R1 = H, F, Br, -OMe, R2 = benzyl; 3,7-dimethylocta-2,6-dien-1-yl; (6,6-dimethylbicyclo[3.1.1]hept-2-en-2-yl)methyl or (6,6-dimethylbicyclo[3.1.1]hept-2-en-2-yl)ethyl, human tyrosyl-DNA-phosphodiesterase 1 (Tdp1) as enzyme inhibitor, sensitizing tumor to antitumour agents.

EFFECT: novel field of application of derivatives of phenylcoumarines of general formula I, which can be used in molecular biology, biochemistry and medicine for drug development, is discovered.
