FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to sprayer to be transferred by robot toward articles to be coated by spraying. Said sprayer comprises casing and coating material vessel located at casing proximal part to extend along main axis. Said sprayer comprises also spraying means in distal part of said casing and includes spraying element to spay coating material, mainly, in direction of spraying. Angle between vessel main axis and spraying direction varies from -50 to +100 degrees and, preferably, equal 90 degrees. End axis and spraying direction forms the angle of 110-130 degrees and, preferably, equals 120 degrees. Method of refilling comprises the steps whereat coating material is drained completely from, said vessel via feed channel and spraying element. Then, valve is opened to feed flushing fluid into said vessel and cleaning channel. All flushing material flows from the vessel through spraying element. Besides, valve is opened to allow coating material to flow in connection channel for filling said vessel with new coating material.
