SUBSTANCE: invention can be used to design hydroacoustic systems, having a near-environment notification navigation station (NENNS) and a self-propelled unmanned underwater vehicle (SUUV). The hydroacoustic system includes a NENNS, which includes series-connected antenna, pre-processing channel, TVS-1, TVS-2, a forward propagation signal processing unit, a SUUV coordinate determining unit, a unit for processing echo signals from a target, a unit for generating SUUV control commands, a unit for emitting control commands, an antenna for emitting control commands, wherein the antenna is connected through the pro-processing channel and the TVS-1 to the forward propagation signal processing unit, the coordinate determining unit, the unit for generating control commands, the unit for emitting control commands with an antenna for emitting control commands; the second output of the TVS-1 is connected through the TVS-2 to the unit for processing echo signals from a target and to the second input of the unit for generating control commands and the SUUV with a sonar, a receiving channel for control commands with an antenna, a decoder, a unit for controlling actuating mechanisms and actuating mechanisms for controlling motion.

EFFECT: high efficiency and noise immunity of NENNS in sonar countermeasure conditions by using emission of a SUUV probing signal, and receiving and processing the obtained echo signals, standard NENNS equipment, in dispersed radiation-reception mode, and controlling movement of the SUUV on an acoustic channel at a higher frequency.
