SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the technology of preserved second-course lunches production. Prepared meat is minced; rice and red hot pepper are mixed and fried in fat. The listed components are mixed to produce mince. One performs cabbage leaves blanching and moulding mince into them to produce cabbage rolls. Ground pumpkin seeds extraction cake is poured with broth, maintained for swelling and mixed with broth, tomato puree, sugar and salt to produce a sauce. The cabbage rolls and sauce are packed, sealed and sterilised.
EFFECT: method ensures reduction of the manufactured target product adhesion to container walls.
