FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: method envisages recipe components preparation, meat milling, rice and red hot pepper mixing and frying in fat, the listed components mixing to produce mince and the mince moulding into cabbage leaves to produce cabbage rolls, packing cabbage rolls combined with a sauce containing flour, broth, tomato puree, sugar and salt, sealing and sterilisation. The invention novelty is as follows: one uses sunflower flour that is poured, before mixing with the remaining sauce components, with broth and maintained for swelling, cabbage leaves are blanched before mince moulding into them, while the components are used at the following expenditure ratio, weight parts: meat - 283.1-370.1; fat - 15.6; fresh white cabbages - 489; rice - 45; sunflower flour - 15; tomato puree in conversion to 12% dry substances content - 25.3; sugar - 3; salt - 10; red hot pepper - 0.5; broth - till the target product yield is 1000.
EFFECT: method ensures reduction of the manufactured target product adhesion to container walls.
