SUBSTANCE: anti-etching layer, made on the basis of, at least, one of such compounds, as alloyed with fluorine tin oxide and cerium oxide is applied on glass substrate. After that, ion-ray sedimentation of scratching-resistant layer, which contains diamond-like carbon (DLC), on glass substrate above anti-etching layer, is realised. Between anti-etching layer and layer based on diamond-like carbon inoculating layer, which facilitates adhesion of layer based on diamond-like carbon and/or protects anti-etching layer from damaging during ion-ray sedimentation of layer, which contains diamond-like carbon, is formed. Inoculating layer is made on the basis of silicon nitride.
EFFECT: increased resistance of coated glass with to etching agents.
