FIELD: technological processes.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the method of manufacturing a thermally treated coated product. Method includes the step of thermal treatment of a glass substrate, which is coated with at least a layer of diamond-like carbon (DLC) and a protective film. Protective film includes an oxygen-impermeable layer and an anti-adherence layer. Anti-adherence layer is disposed at least between the carbon-based layer and the oxygen-impermeable layer. Anti-adherence layer is or contains zinc oxynitride ZnOXNZ, where the ratio of nitrogen and oxygen z/x in the release layer is from 0.55 to 1.0. After and/or during heat treatment, the protective film can be removed completely or partially.

EFFECT: reduced burnup of the carbon-containing layer.
