FIELD: biotechnologies.
SUBSTANCE: invention proposes an evaluation method of morphofunctional state of induced pluripotent stem cells (IPSC) of parkinsonian patients by their differentiation to dopaminergic neurons; for that purpose, factors act on IPSC, which induce their differentiation to dopaminergic neurons, and then, they are put on a multiple electrode matrix treated with matrigel/fibronectin reference substrate; after that, starting from the 3-rd day to the 5-th day up to the 8-th day to the 10-th day there performed is dynamic recording of online spontaneous bioelectrical activity, and by the 3-rd day to the 5-th day of online spontaneous bioelectrical activity in the form of single spikes, and by the 8-th day to the 10-th day of organised clustered spike activity on a monolayer formed on microelectrodes, morphofunctional state is evaluated as neuronal directivity of differentiation of IPSC to dopaminergic neurons.
EFFECT: invention can be used for characteristic of reprogrammed cell lines of parkinsonian patients and check of their ability to be differentiated to a certain phenotype of neurons for the purpose of transplantology and at testing of remedies.
