SUBSTANCE: disclosed is a method of producing dopaminergic neurons by directed differentiation of induced human pluripotent stem cells (IHSPC) in vitro. Method is realized for 38 days and involves a reduced number of changes of compositions of culture media to three.
EFFECT: invention enables to expand the range of technical means for producing dopaminergic neurons from IHSPC using directed differentiation in vitro, and the present invention can be used to produce a biomedical cell product for treating Parkinson's disease.
