FIELD: physics.
SUBSTANCE: method involves non-sampling determination of instantaneous values of concentration of a substance based on data on controlling optical density of a model cloud on characteristic spectral lines at the moment of recording the spectrum thereof using a laboratory stand for creating and controlling concentrations of gaseous substances by recording the transmission spectrum of the model cloud and calculation according to the Bouguer-Lambert-Beer law based on molar mass and molecular absorption cross-section of the substance. Spectra for databases are recorded when optical density of the cloud reaches a value in the range of 1.105-1.112.
EFFECT: reducing errors when determining spectral absorption coefficients for substances from a list of a created spectral database for a Fourier spectroradiometer.
