SUBSTANCE: invention is related to sauces production. The method envisages preparation of recipe components, apples blanching and straining, sweet pepper blanching, straining and concentration, ground pumpkin seeds extraction cake pouring with drinking water and maintenance for swelling, milling garlic, cilantro and dill greens, mixing the listed components with tomato puree, sugar, salt and red hot pepper, the mixture boiling, addition of acetic acid, the product packing, sealing and sterilisation. All the components are taken at a specified content ratio.

EFFECT: invention allows to reduce the product adhesion to container walls.
