FIELD: measurement equipment.
SUBSTANCE: in a neutron sensor comprising a source of charged particles generated under action of neutron radiation and an elastodeformed element installed in a body, the source of charged particles is made of a stable non-radioactive material, opposite to the source of charged particles there is an absorber of charged particles, and on the absorber of charged particles there is a reflecting prism installed, which is connected with an optical system of light beam input and output made in the form of an optic window in a body of the sensor, opposite to which there is a unit of a reflector from a semitransparent mirror and reflecting prisms.
EFFECT: higher sensitivity of a sensor.
