SUBSTANCE: band is formed, which is mixed with forest litter of the soil, a furrow is formed along the axis of this band by moving the opener with a rounded end and the frontal surface, and the pneumatic seed supply is carried out. A portion of the seeds is fed to the frontal surface of the opener, which angle of slope in the longitudinal plane varies under the action of soil resistance for the subsequent reflection of seeds in the loosened band surface. At that one part of seeds is covered by the soil at various depths in microelevations. The remaining part of the seeds remains on the band surface and is pressed into the furrow.

EFFECT: invention enables to provide maximum probability of germination of one or more seeds in any of the holes by putting a part of them in the best conditions for the development of the plant in any soil and climatic conditions and enables to reduce the seed consumption per one hole of up to 5-10 pc.
