FIELD: process engineering.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to cleaning gases of dust and chemical contaminants. Proposed scrubber comprises cylindrical case with inlet pipe arranged at its bottom with axis making with the case lengthwise axis the angle of 30-60 degrees, conical bin equipped with valve with counterweight and drain pipe, drain channel, hydraulic lock and hatch. Sprinkler is arranged at scrubber top. Said sprinkler consists of four spraying lines with atomisers. Manifolds of the latter are located outside the scrubber and composed of circular parts of pipe communicated with feed pipelines equipped with control valves opposed to flushing valves. Atomiser comprises cylindrical hollow case with fluid feed channel and coaxial sleeve rigidly coupled with said case and having nozzle secured at its bottom. Said nozzle is composed of cylindrical two-step sleeve. Top cylindrical step is thread-jointed to central core. The latter is fitted with clearance relative to cylindrical sleeve inner surface. Said central core is arranged with clearance relative to cylindrical sleeve central surface and is composed of cylindrical part with ball segment secured coaxially at its bottom part. Said ball segment has orifices their axes being parallel with atomiser case axis.
