FIELD: transport.
SUBSTANCE: proposed invention can be used in automotive industry for final assembly of car body. Proposed device consists of catcher 2, its fork being directed to pin 1 and displaced unless said pin thrusts against fork socket. Note here that lower bearing is fed under opposite end of pin 1. At actuation of drive 9 engaged with handle 6 of pin hastener, top rack 3 moves downward to move apart pin groove end by first cone 4. Simultaneously, second cone 5 starts moving apart catcher racks from hinge pin 1. Rack 3 with cones 4, 5 moving downward, ends of pin groove are pressed against end surface of external link of hinge 8. Note here that said groove ends bend not over groove bottom edge, but over side surface of said pin groove ends. When pin ends are pressed, second cone 5 moves apart racks of catcher 2 to release hinge pin 1 and surface of links 8 around hinge pin to press groove ends of pin 1 there against.
EFFECT: lower costs and labour input.
