FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: puncheon for fastening of axis ends in links of vehicle door hinge includes a cylindrical part with working surface. Cylindrical part of puncheon is provided with cylindrical cavity the diameter of which is by 0.1-0.3 mm less than the diameter of fixed axis. Working surface is made in the form of a chamfer with possibility of transfer of force to external annular part of end face of the protruding axis end. Height of working surface is equal to 1-2 thicknesses of locking washers used to fasten the axis in the hinge.
EFFECT: improving the quality of axis fastening in links of vehicle door hinge and eliminating the hinge rigidity.
