SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to motor transport. A wireless digital device for detecting over-speeding and red-light running by a vehicle (BTURN) is mounted on the vehicle and includes a wireless communication adapter which continuously searches for a signal from a wireless digital marking device (BTUR )and transmits its own signal in a certain format (make of car/state number of the car/number of BTURN/mark on presence of violation), a system block which processes information obtained through the adapter from the BTUR, a car speed sensor, a removable duplicating data card. The functions of the BTURN are to obtain information from the BTUR on speed limit or road traffic sign, recording through the system block over-speeding and red-light running by a vehicle and changing the violation mark, as well as transmitting a signal in a certain format, which enables to identify among multiple vehicles, using the BTUR, a vehicle that has violated the speed limit or road traffic rules.
EFFECT: more effective enforcement of speed limit and road traffic rules.
