SUBSTANCE: invention relates to fire-fighting and can be used to extinguish fires primarily of Class A (solid combustible substances and materials), as well as forest and peat fires. The fire-extinguishing solution is prepared on the basis of the buffer solution containing borates and/or phosphates, and also calcium carbonates and/or magnesium carbonates.
EFFECT: invention provides increased fire-extinguishing efficiency.
